A new version of the program denfert for recovering the low-resolution structure of proteins and nucleic acids from solution SANS or SAXS is available. The new version (2.3) changes include

  • faster reconstructions and better solution stability
  • easier handling of instrumental resolution in the case of SANS data
  • an accompanying user manual
  • easier visualisation of the final fit and 3D model using ‘gnuplot’ and ‘pymol’
