Integral membrane protein (Shua)/detergent complexes in solution (article).
New article (1) led by our collaborators in Paris, that makes heavy use of my older work MEMPROT (2) for the low-resolution determination of protein/detergent complex structure in solution from scattering data. Overall the paper represents an example of how good quality size-exclusion chromatography small-angle scattering data together with approriate modelling may elucidate the structure of membrane proteins solubilized by detergents.
